Consultancy Project

  • Led a team of 5 in a consultancy project led by UCL School of Management in collaboration with CIV:LAB, with the scope of elaborating CIV:LAB’s London market penetration plan and fundraising strategy.

  • Elaborated: extensive landscape study (over 100 players), initial project plan, fundraising strategy, website.

  • Conducted over 20 interviews with potential partners and key stakeholders, for partnership attrition and research.

  • Report directly to company CEO.

October 2017 - June 2021

UCL School Of Management

  • Elected three times consecutively to represent 850+ students from various courses and years of study.

  • Recipient of Best Contribution to the IMB Course Overall Across All Years Award.

  • Coordinated NSS survey distribution amongst final year students, which resulted in a 25% response rate increase, a 30% increase in student satisfaction across the department, and UCL ranking up 20 places in comparison to previous years.

  • Co-chair of departmental meetings and SSCC’s, as sole/lead student liaison.

  • Lead the 2021 visual marketing campaign (writing and producing 4 pill-sized videos for social media advertisement).

  • Redesigned website to increase usability by 60%, which resulted in a daily viewership increase of 10%.

  • Reorganized press features and created promotional marketing materials which helped acquire 10 new customers.

  • Designed a collection of 40 KGA Archive magazines for the designer using press features dating back from the 70’s.

Cancer Below The Belt

  • Redesigned the website to increase usability by 60%, which increased daily viewership by 45% on average and attracted three new commercial partners (sponsors).

  • Designed a virtual auction & raffle system for remote fundraising events (first auction to happen in late February 2021).

  • Created two temporary virtual art galleries (one for photographer Allen Henson, one for painter Corey Scott).

  • Created over 20 marketing materials, which led to an increase of $50,000 in donations in the last 3 months.

Corporate Finance (M&A)

  • 8 weeks in Corporate Finance: Mergers & Acquisitions.

  • Trained directly with the Managing Partner, Ioana Filipescu (Romania’s best M&A Consultant) in competitive transaction environments and financial analysis for corporate finance (strong focus on EBITDA, NPV & various Excel tricks).

  • Led a team of 4 other interns in elaborating a report for public lighting investment opportunities in Southern Romania which was used in client pitches and contributed to a ~$2.4 investment in ‘green’ lighting for sattelite towns.

  • 8 weeks in Deal Advisory (Corporate Finance).

  • Trained in financial analysis (namely studying financial accounting and processes for valuations & transactions).

UCL RareFM Radio

  • Produced and designed a weekly podcast-style radio show.

  • Theme of the show was to journey through the guest's life and identify turning points that can be linked to their success.

  • Guests included professors, linguists, managers, designers etc.

  • From beginning to end, audience doubled in size.

Charity & Volunteering








Habitat for Humanity

  • Founded & created a charity fundraiser to help donate funds and goods to frontline NHS workers amid the early months of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

  • We raised donated over £1,500 in money and goods to hospitals and doctors, helping them furnish a break room with appliances, and also supporting them with little gifts (goodie bags). 

  • Helped build 2 homes for civil conflict refugees in Northern Jordan (Ajloun).

  • The 2 missions were guided, organized and funded by my school, Modern American School.
